So I woke up feeling weirded out by a dream.
Then I scrolled on TikTok and saw all those “don’t come to Houston” videos.
Then… let’s call him Gintama.
He texted me about six minutes before I woke up saying he nearly passed out because of nausea.
Hyperglycemia and low blood pressure.
Yikes.
Then he told me to eat.
And I was like… how?
My house is infested with critters because my relatives are dirty.
I’m probably going to eat out today.
I really don’t want to see a roach crawling inside the microwave and into my food ever again.
It’s still crazy to me how my room never gets roaches, yet everywhere else does.
Not even my restroom gets more than one every two weeks that I know of.
After all the disinfecting I did yesterday, I probably won’t see one.
And honestly, with how disgusting that smell was yesterday, I’d take the roaches any day.
On a lighter note, Muffy showed off some very cute buttons that her 11-year-old daughter made for her.
She was so sweet.
I really liked the pug button.
She’s so talented for an 11-year-old.
I don’t know many kids that age drawing that well.
Her cat button reminded me of the book series I used to read — Warrior Cats.
After checking with both of them to make sure it was okay to show the photos, I got the green light and made a small collage.
Muffy mentioned that she doesn’t always get to go into her kid’s room and sit down because of her back.
She said she misses the time she used to spend sitting with them.
But today she said she’s going to stay seated until her butt goes numb.
The pug button must have been an especially thoughtful one.
Muffy has only ever had two pugs in her life.
She’s been mysteriously down about something this past week.
Whatever it was…
I really hope today brightened her mood a lot more today.
I can't wait to see more pics.
